The community is very friendly, since I do have quite a few friends that I visit and hang out with from time to time. The stores in this area are your basic stores where you can buy everything you need, so that is good as well. Overall it's a pretty decent place that I enjoy living in. My wife and I recently had our home built by Hour Homes and couldn't be happier. We met with a few builders in the area and selected Hour Homes for the following reasons. We appreciated the upfront nature of the sales staff and being open about cost and upgrade prices.

They are nothing more than large piles of dirt covered with wild grass and weeds everywhere. They are very unsightly and every home owner in this community has a huge issue with these dirt mounds. If my wife and I had known about the builders intensions to leave these large dirt mounds throughout the community we would have never signed a contract. If you are looking to purchase in this community I would drive through first. Read homeowners reviews before hiring the Architect or Building Designer to help with your project in Stafford. I can't think of a teacher that didn't improve my way of thinking and learning. I am proud to say me, and my family live here. My husband and I looked at houses, both existing and new builds, for at least 2 years. We decided to look in the Stafford area and found Churchill Meadows.

Stafford is a very diverse community and welcomes all who are locals or just visiting. I have lived in Stafford County for 9 1/2 years. More people continue to move here, but I don't think the rest of the area is able to keep up. Many locations have been said to be built, but never actually have been.

Have lived in Stafford since February 1994. It has grown tremendously, but lacks in non fast food restaurant options, no movie theater, high personal property taxes, no kind of family entertainment. Unless you live in a subdivision that has amenities, you drive to Fredericksburg or Dale City for most shopping and entertainment. I have lived here for 18 years and it has been a blessing.
It hasn't been quite a year that we've been in our beautiful home and still love it every day. My family and I just moved to Stafford county in Virginia. We came from Florida because of my father's job.
There are not many growth opportunities for professionals, the area is very expensive, and rent is almost double from the houses in Florida. But if you meet people that work in areas you are interested in, you are more likely to be able to prosper. Most people in the community are more than willing to lend a helping hand and introduce you to other people to reach your goals. The schools are wonderful and they accept every individual from different backgrounds without hesitation. They strive to involve and acknowledge changes and diversity, making students feel accepted.
People in the area are generally friendly. We come from a military family so it’s nice to be close to military base. Over the years I have played recreational and travel soccer through the county. Each year the organization becomes more and more organized. The teachers that I have had throughout my years in public school have been amazing.
I have lived in Stafford County for 5 years. There are 3 main positives that I can say about this community. Quiet living, affordable, and simple life. Your everyday routine will be made slightly better living here due to how easy it is to live here. The schools are excellent, the neighborhoods are safe, and the people are friendly. One day, if I wanted to raise my family here I would without a doubt.
