During this phone call they told me that they aren’t even going to start on the process until November 10th. I then called November 11th to see why they didn’t send the people assuming my mortgage an email like they said they would and they then said we will do it as soon as possible. A week later they got back to me with a email that says “we emailed your people to verify their actual names”. I feel sad, defeated, confused, and am struggling financially because they are ruining the process. I would never get a loan through these people, I am going to leave a BBB complaint and I hope they fail.

My second loan changed hands a number of times. Nobody returns your calls and they Keep adding interest and penalties. If your mortgage ends up here, best to refinance and stay away.
